Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Our products are meticulously handmade. Order handling time is 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 3-7 business days (Total delivery time: 4-10 business days).

Q: Is the product price including tax?

A: The price displayed on the product page is the final price. Because all orders are shipped domestically within the United States: No import duties or customs fees will be charged. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.continental U.S.

RETURNS

Q: How do I request a return?

A: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Email service@lupuk.com with: Your full name, Your order number, Reason for return, Proof of purchase. Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. Photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If approved, you will receive: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Detailed return instructions, A prepaid return label (if applicable), Return Address (RMA Required):  24 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032, United States. Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA may not be processed. All returns must be processed by mail.

Q: Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?

A: Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return: Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Company Error). Return shipping cost: $0.00 USD. A prepaid return label will be provided. You will receive a replacement or full refund. For customer remorse returns (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Item, No Longer Needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You may purchase a return label from any carrier of your choice.

There are no restocking fees for any return.
