We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.

We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Military districts, International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders ($0.00 USD)

Expedited Shipping: Not available at this time

All orders are shipped using reputable domestic carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges beyond what is displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
All processing and delivery timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Daily Shipping Cut‑Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) begin processing the same business day.

Handling Time: 1–3 business days

Transit Time: 3–7 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PT), or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
All U.S. orders are fulfilled and shipped from our domestic warehouse:

This facility serves as a fulfillment and returns center only. It is not a retail storefront or customer service office.

5. Carriers & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing: Your tracking number, A link to monitor delivery status. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

6. Taxes and Duties
Because all orders are shipped domestically within the United States: No import duties or customs fees will be charged, Applicable state sales taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

7. Order Cancellations, Returns & Damaged Packages
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped.
To cancel, email service@lupuk.com with: Your full name, Your order number, The email address used at checkout.

If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible. You may return the item after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns

30‑day return window from the date of delivery.Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–7 business days after inspection

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect .Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is: Lost in transit, Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, Delivered damaged, Please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
