SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time, LUPUK does not ship to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Military Districts, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to expand our shipping coverage.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that LUPUK is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. All applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package and monitor its delivery status at every stage.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED (LOST IN TRANSIT)
If your order is lost in transit, rest assured—we've got you covered. LUPUK will promptly arrange a replacement shipment and coordinate directly with the logistics provider to ensure you receive your item as quickly as possible.
