1. Return Window & Eligibility
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
2. How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be processed by mail.
To start a return
Email service@lupuk.com with: Your full name, Your order number, Reason for return, Proof of purchase. Photos/videos if the item is defective or damaged. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
If approved, you will receive: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, Detailed return instructions, A prepaid return label (if applicable), Return Address (RMA Required): 24 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032, United States
Unauthorized returns sent without an RMA may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Company Error)
Return shipping cost: $0.00 USD
A prepaid return label will be provided
You will receive a replacement or full refund
Customer Remorse (Changed Mind, Ordered Wrong Item, No Longer Needed)
Return shipping cost: Actual cost of return shipping (customer responsibility)
You may purchase a return label from any carrier of your choice
There are no restocking fees for any return.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped.
To request a cancellation, email service@lupuk.com with: Your full name, Your order number, The email address used at checkout.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may return the item after delivery according to this policy.
Daily Shipping Cut‑Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PT) begin processing the same business day.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available within the 30‑day return window.
The fastest method is:
Submit a return request for the original item
Place a new order for the replacement item
Alternatively, you may email our support team for assistance with a direct exchange.
6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our New Jersey facility, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
LUPUK remains responsible for ensuring your order is delivered successfully.
Please contact us immediately if your package is:Lost in transit, Delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, Delivered damaged. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
